Our Philosophy

Life is too short not to love your work.  Every person has the ability to realize his or her ideal career.  Choosing a career isn’t about looking at occupations and trying to mold one’s self to fit the job.  It’s about searching within, discovering one’s own unique gifts, and finding the distinctive career that allows one to flourish.  Coaching is a special partnership between the client and the coach designed to maximize the client’s personal and professional potential.  The coach’s responsibility is to help the client move forward according to the client’s agenda.

As a research scientist, our founder is adamant that our methodologies, workshop exercises, and coaching practices are based on up-to-date, empirical research findings from top experts in such disciplines as psychology, leadership, career management, coaching, etc.  In particular, we draw on the findings of positive psychology, which is the study of the conditions and processes that lead to flourishing and optimal performance.  Our approach is to focus on strengths, successes, and what is right as opposed to focusing on solving problems because this is how our clients will thrive.
